Site Manager

Our client an Essex based External Facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for a Curtain Wall Installation program in Oxford, Oxfordshire.

The work itself is the installation of a Technal Curtain Wall System and Aluminium Windows.

It is essential that you have Curtain Wall and/or Glazing experience, hold SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black/Gold CSCS card

Duties will include:

* Managing Curtain Wall installers to a program

* Tool box talks

* Carrying out site inductions

* Managing Sub Contractors

* Attending site progress meetings

* Producing progress reports

* Liaising with end client and company directors

* Dealing with access issues

* Liaising with local authorities where necessary

* All other associated tasks

This project starts on the 28th April
