We are seeking a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of residential developments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead commercial delivery across 2 residential projects

* Manage subcontractor packages and procurement

* Cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control

* Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in residential construction

* Project or Senior QS level capability

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Commercial awareness and attention to detail
