Health And Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support our construction operations across sites in the North and Midlands. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, and supporting project teams in delivering safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct regular site inspections across multiple construction projects

* Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and company policies

* Carry out risk assessments, method statement reviews, and audits

* Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions

* Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams

* Work closely with site managers, subcontractors, and senior leadership

* Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reporting

Requirements

* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within construction

* NEBOSH National General Certificate (essential); Diploma (desirable)

* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015

* Ability to manage multiple sites and travel regularly between locations

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Full UK driving licence required
