An opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for a live education scheme.

This role is about stepping into ownership — being trusted to lead your project while being supported by a strong wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the commercial delivery of a single education project

* Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts

* Cost reporting, forecasting, and financial control

* Work closely with project teams and clients

* Ensure strong commercial governance throughout

What we’re looking for:

* Experience as a Project QS or strong Assistant QS ready to step up

* Exposure to education or similar sector projects

* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

* Ambition to grow and develop
