Senior Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of super prime residential projects across London.

These are high-spec, design-led schemes where quality, detail, and client expectations are paramount. Most projects exceed £50m in value, requiring a commercially astute professional who is confident operating at the top end of the market.

The Role

* Lead the commercial delivery of high-value residential projects (£50m+)

* Take full ownership of cost management from pre-construction through to final account

* Manage procurement of high-end subcontract packages and specialist trades

* Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Maintain tight cost control while protecting quality and programme

* Work closely with clients, consultants, and delivery teams

* Manage and mitigate commercial risks

* Provide clear and accurate financial reporting

* Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Strong background in super prime or high-end residential projects

* Experience working on projects £10m+ (with most recent projects £50m+)

* Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

* Experience managing complex, design-led schemes

* Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with high-end clients

* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple packages

* Professional, composed, and confident under pressure
