Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Coventry, West Midlands
Salary/Benefits: £26k – £37k + Training & Benefits
We are recruiting for a switched-on Legionella Risk Assessor in the Midlands region. Candidates must have a good foundation of industry knowledge and experience, and will be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Our client is a successful, multi-disciplined outfit, who have a strong Legionella / Water Hygiene department. Experience / Qualifications:
* Strong experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
* Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
* Fully conversant in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
* Strong communication skills
* Hardworking attitude
The Role:
* Undertaking legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and cooling towers
* Identifying any required remedial duties and any safety concerns
* Providing detailed technical advice to clients
* Producing site-specific reports and accompanying schematic drawings
* Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
* Developing tailored control schemes / regimes for clients
* Working with colleagues to ensure works are completed within agreed deadlines
* Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations/guidelines
