This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a growing, multidisciplinary consultancy where you will take full ownership of the architectural function and build a team around you.

This established consultancy operates across architecture and structural engineering, delivering turnkey solutions on major commercial projects including transport hubs and infrastructure schemes. Backed by a large parent group and with significant growth plans, the business is focused on becoming a market leader while maintaining a collaborative, low-pressure working environment.

In this role, you will take responsibility for all architectural output, working alongside senior leadership while leading projects from concept through to delivery. You will be client-facing, managing relationships and playing a key role in business growth, while also developing and expanding the architectural team over time. This is a genuine opportunity to build your own division and leave a lasting impact on the business.

With that, the ideal candidate will be a qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) with strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a multidisciplinary or commercial project environment.

The Role:

Leading and overseeing all architectural output across the business
Managing projects from design through to delivery (RIBA stages 2-6)
Acting as a key client contact and representing the business externally
Working closely with senior leadership on business growth strategy
Overseeing and mentoring junior staff, with scope to build a team
Producing designs, drawings, and technical reports
Office-based in Redhill with occasional travel to sites
The Person:

ARB registered Architect (RIBA Part 3 qualified)
Strong experience across commercial or multidisciplinary projects
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Commercially aware with leadership ambition
Collaborative, proactive, and driven to build and grow a team
Commutable distance to Redhill
