Salary: £35,000 per annum

About the Company
Our client is a well-established, privately owned SME with a strong reputation in their sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Belvedere.

The Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end bid process, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate responses, and present compelling bids that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of PQQs, ITTs, and tender documents

Collate information from various departments to produce accurate and persuasive bid content

Maintain and update a central bid library and supporting documentation

Track bid deadlines and ensure all submissions are completed on time

Review bid documents for consistency, clarity, and compliance

Support continuous improvement of bid processes and materials

About You

Previous experience in a bid coordination or similar administrative role

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
