A well-established and highly respected architectural practice based in Birmingham is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its welcoming and collaborative studio. Known for delivering thoughtful and innovative design solutions, the practice has built a strong reputation across a diverse portfolio, including residential, education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

* Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and basic construction details
* Support project teams across multiple RIBA stages
* Assist with planning applications and Building Regulations submissions
* Coordinate with architects, technologists, and external consultants
* Attend project meetings and undertake occasional site visits

Skills and Experience

* Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
* High level of attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
