Site Manager – Demolition

Our client is a well-established contractor specialising in demolition works across London and the South East. Due to a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple demolition schemes.

This is a key role offering a mix of site and remote working, ideal for someone confident managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

The Project Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.

You will manage multiple stakeholders while overseeing site teams and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Managing demolition projects from pre-construction through to completion
Overseeing site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
Ensuring health & safety compliance in line with current legislation
Managing project budgets, reporting and commercial performance
Liaising with clients, consultants and local authorities
Coordinating logistics, sequencing and method statements
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Supporting tender and pre-construction activities where requiredRequirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager within demolition
Strong understanding of demolition methodologies and sequencing
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations within demolition
