Role: M&E Quantity Surveyor

Location: West Midlands
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Private Healthcare + Bonus

With over five decades of success and a growing presence across the Midlands, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion—particularly within its M&E capability.

This role offers a rare opportunity for an ambitious M&E Quantity Surveyor to step into a position with genuine long-term progression—ultimately building and leading your own team as the function grows.

The Role

As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages across a diverse project portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

Full commercial management of M&E packages from pre-construction through to final account

*

Procurement and management of subcontractors

*

Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting

*

Managing variations and change control

*

Supporting project teams to ensure delivery on time and within budget

*

Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and supply chain partners

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

An experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor (contractor or specialist background)

*

Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge (NEC/JCT)

*

Confident managing packages independently

*

Ambitious and motivated by progression into leadership

A strong communicator who can build lasting relationships
