What You'll Be Doing
Leading mechanical design delivery from early concept through to completion
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and architects
Taking ownership of project quality, technical delivery, and coordination
Mentoring and developing junior engineers
Supporting the wider team with project strategy and problem solving
Contributing to winning new work and growing client relationships
What They're Looking For
Strong experience in mechanical building services design (consultancy background)
A track record of delivering projects across sectors like commercial, residential or mixed-use
Confidence in leading projects and managing clients directly
Solid technical knowledge across HVAC design and UK regulations
Someone who enjoys collaborative, design-focused environments
Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
