Sector: Construction – High-End / Bespoke Builds/ Commercial Construction

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, bespoke residential & commercial construction projects. This role will focus on high-value, one-off home builds, and commercial builds requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of bespoke residential construction projects
Plan, programme, and coordinate all on-site activities
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Monitor progress against programme and manage any delays or risks
Oversee health & safety compliance across all project activities
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants throughout the project
Control project costs, variations, and reporting in collaboration with the commercial teamRequirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
Experience delivering high-end residential or bespoke build projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including high-net-worth clients
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Good understanding of health & safety regulationsDesirable:

Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field
SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent qualifications
Experience managing large, one-off or architect-led projectsWhat We Offer:
