Estimator

CRS are working with a well-established specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Estimator for their Falkirk-based commercial team.

This role suits an Estimator with a construction or specialist contracting background who is confident pricing works, preparing tenders, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Estimator responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and enabling works

* Reviewing drawings, specs, and tender information

* Completing quantity take-offs and pricing schedules

* Sourcing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes

* Producing cost breakdowns to support tenders

* Supporting bids from enquiry to award

Estimator requirements:

* Experience as an Estimator within construction or specialist contracting

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing

* Proven tendering and estimating experience

* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines

* Good communication and IT skills
