The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment project within a live retail warehouse unit in Gloucester. This is a short-term contract with an immediate start, ideal for a Manager who thrives in delivering high-quality projects to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live retail project
Manage subcontractors, trades, and site logistics
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
Coordinate with the client, stakeholders, and project team
Monitor progress and provide regular updates/reporting
Manage quality control and snagging processes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out/refurbishment projects
Experience working in live retail environments (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades
SMSTS certification
Valid CSCS Card
First Aid qualification
Strong understanding of H&S regulations
