About the role

As a Building Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of project-led instructions, with a strong focus on contract administration. You’ll be involved across all RIBA stages, supporting schemes from initial feasibility through to completion, while also taking ownership of client relationships and acting as a key point of contact.

Projects are varied, with a strong emphasis on commercial properties and higher education estates, including refurbishment works such as roof replacements, alongside design and CAD-based elements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects from feasibility through to completion

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact

* Contribute to design and technical delivery, including CAD-based work where required

* Support the growth and development of client accounts

About you, as the successful Building Surveyor

* MRICS Chartered (preferred) or extensive consultancy experience

* Strong background in contract administration (essential)

* Experience delivering project-led work across commercial or similar sectors

* Confident managing client relationships and taking ownership of delivery
