About the role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for leading on core building surveying duties including condition surveys, defect analysis and detailed reporting across a varied portfolio and overseeing workload across the team. Working closely with the Project Management team during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead on core Building Surveying duties including condition surveys, defect inspections and asset management plans

* Produce detailed, high-quality reports, including RICS Level 2 surveys and specialist reports

* Provide advice on building condition, defects, repair and maintenance strategies

* Support the development and expansion of professional surveying services

About you, as the successful Senior Building Surveyor

* MRICS Chartered (desirable) or working towards

* Education sector experience (Essential)

* Strong experience delivering professional surveying services and reporting

* Ability to manage workload independently while supporting a wider team
