Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of refurbishment projects within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

The Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position combining both office-based work and time spent on-site. You will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency and maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing costs across refurbishment projects

* Overseeing budgets for kitchen & bathroom installations

* Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Conducting site visits to monitor progress and cost control

* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on time

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction

* Strong background in refurbishment projects

* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence

Package:

* Salary: £55,000
