Quantity Surveyor

A UK wide Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a team-focused, Surrey based Quantity Surveyor to join their head office which has secured multiple, multi-million pound projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Working alongside an Associate, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across an array of projects from large scale (£100m+) industrial units, fast-paced healthcare refurbishments, student accommodation, and hotel refurbishments.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing pre and post contract services whilst also providing support on more complex/larger projects being headed up by a Partner and/or Associate.

You'll also be given your own smaller projects to run day to day, from inception to completion.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Working towards becoming chartered (MRICS)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy background
Pre and post contract experience
Surrey based – driving licence and carIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000
