Architect

Excellent new vacancy for a Qualified Architect (RIBA/ARB) to join a busy practice in South Manchester to work on a nice mixture of Residential-focused projects.

This small, busy practice have gone from strength to strength in the last few years with several key hires joining. They have a busy pipeline for the remainder of 2026 and into the following years. They are therefore looking for a qualified Architect to join them and support the existing team on various new Residential schemes due to kick-off in the coming months. For more Senior-level candidates there will be the opportunity to lead projects and oversee a small team. Essentially this job can be whatever you want to make of it!

Whilst the Architect vacancy remains quite flexible in terms of applicant criteria, there are a few core elements we would hope to see.

We are hoping for applicants to meet the following criteria:

·ARB/RIBA Architect.

·Minimum 1 years practical experience post-qualification.

·Ability to perform in the role of 'Architect' with minimal supervision.

·AutoCAD experience is a minimum requirement. REVIT would be a bonus.

·Previous experience working on Residential-sector projects would be beneficial. (Housing, low/medium rise developments, conservation and heritage work).

·Proven ability working as part of a team.

This position is located in South Manchester, ideal for commuters in Manchester, Cheshire, Warrington and surrounding towns and villages. Some parking can be offered on-site.
