Working Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a client of ours who is in need of a Working Site Manager for projects based across London.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing on site labour
Coordinating deliveries, site logistics and scaffolding
Jumping on the tools when required
Driving programmes and coordinating subcontractors
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all timesRequirements / Experience:

Valid Black CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid
Proven experience managing internal and external high end restoration projects
Strong knowledge of construction and high end refurbishment
Ability to liaise effectively with clients and subcontractors
A trade background as a joiner, bricklayer, decorator or stonemasonry is preferred but not essentialThis is a temporary to permanent position, with the goal to hire within the next few weeks.
