Experienced Supervisor – Highways Project (Bristol)

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a long-term highways project based in Bristol, working on the A4 Portway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to oversee groundworks operations on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising groundworkers on site

* Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

* Coordinating daily site activities and reporting progress

* Liaising with site management and other teams

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Supervisor on highways or civils projects

* Valid CSCS Card

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Streetworks or EUSR qualification

* CAT & Genny Training

* Full Orange PPE

* Strong leadership and communication skills
