Location: Victoria, London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE) + Package

A well respected main contractor working on complex external refurbishments across the London region.

About your new role:

Due to continued growth and successfully securing a number of new projects our client is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

Duties for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

You will be responsible for managing costs and budgets, overseeing subcontractor contracts and valuations, mitigating financial risks, and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of complex external refurbishment projects.

Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

You will need excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, strong IT skills and good technical knowledge.
Proficient with MS Office packages
Team player
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience within main contracting or specialise contracting in external refurbishments would be an advantage
