Contracts Manager(repairs and maintenance)
We're recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading Social Housing Maintenance contractor in the North West.Focusing carrying out a planned works schedule upgared including fabric, fire alarm upgades, kitchens and bathroom upgrades and fire protection.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of a busy, high-performing contract-leading teams, driving service delivery, and making a real impact throughout the North West.
The Role
Lead delivery of a customer-focused repairs and maintenance service
Manage in-house teams and subcontractors
Drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all operational and CDM regulations
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Coach and develop your team
About You
Proven experience in repairs & maintenance (social housing or FM preferred)
Strong people management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and organisational ability
Experience managing performance and KPIs
Knowledge of CDM / Principal Contractor responsibilities
Full UK driving licence
CSCS Card
HNC/HND in Construction or equivelant.
