Slinger / Signaller

Danny Sullivan Group is currently looking for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a major long-term project in Leicester- Construction site

This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term, secure work,for the right Slinger / Signaller.

We are looking for reliable and experienced individuals who can work flexible shifts, including back shifts, and who have a proven work history within the construction industry.

(PAYE Contract)

Key Responsibilities as a Slinger / Signaller

Safely attach and secure loads to cranes and lifting equipment using appropriate lifting accessories
Direct and guide crane operators using approved hand signals and radio communication
Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and health & safety regulations
Check lifting gear and accessories before use to ensure they are suitable, certified, and in good condition
Maintain clear communication with crane operators, lift supervisors, and site teams during lifting operations
Assist with the safe movement and placement of materials across the construction siteRequirements:

Valid Blue CPCS Card
Minimum 3 years relevant work history with references
Ability to work back shift and weekends when required
Strong commitment to safety and teamworkINDBC
