Bluewater Recruitment are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with a strong background in technical services and facilities management within acute healthcare estates. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive excellence across engineering delivery, compliance, and innovation.

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
• Leading engineering teams to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions
• Ensuring full compliance with HTM / HBN standards and statutory regulations
• Overseeing lifecycle planning, maintenance strategies, and technical governance
• Managing projects from tender through to delivery
• Collaborating with clinical teams and key stakeholders
• Driving continuous improvement and engineering best practice

🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years’ post-graduate experience in engineering / facilities management
• Strong expertise in healthcare engineering and life safety systems
• Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary environments
• Experience managing complex M&E projects
• Professional membership (CIBSE, IET, IHEEM, IWFM preferred)
• Chartered status (desirable)
