Director of Dilapidations

Director of Building Surveying – London (Hybrid)- up to £95,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits – Ref 2014

I am currently recruiting for a Director of Building Surveying to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded real estate organisations in the UK. This role will be based in London but can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £95,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits.

They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on some of the most complex and prestigious projects within the UK.

In this role as a Director of Building Surveying you will be required to lead and develop the dilapidations service line for London. Taking responsibility for both the technical delivery and commercial performance of the team, while remaining hands on in project delivery.

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience as Director of Building Surveying, building consultancy, dilapidations or similar
Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
Experience working within a Consultancy.
Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Office fit out/Refurbishment projectsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Building Surveying to develop the service line and have full autonomy on growing it out.
