Are you a driven Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? My client, a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy, is looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments. You'll play a key role in delivering expert advice to clients while taking ownership of projects from inception through to completion.
The Role:
Deliver a full range of building surveying services including project and professional work
Lead on projects across refurbishment, redevelopment, and maintenance schemes
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
Mentor and support junior team members
Work collaboratively within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy environment
About You:
MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
Strong technical knowledge and experience within a consultancy environment
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proactive, ambitious, and keen to progress your career
