Night Manager – Retail Fit‑Out (Dublin)

Contract | Night Shifts (Mon–Thu)

Salter Grange is partnering with an established retail fit‑out contractor to appoint an experienced Night Manager for a fast‑track retail project in Dublin.

This role will suit a Site / Construction Manager with strong retail fit‑out experience who is comfortable taking full responsibility for night‑shift delivery on a live programme.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Night Manager will take ownership of on‑site activities during night shifts, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to a high standard of finish.

Working pattern:

Monday to Thursday nights
Night‑shift delivery on a fast‑paced retail fit‑out projectKey Responsibilities

Full management of site activities during night shifts
Coordination of subcontractors and direct labour
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and sequencing
Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
Quality control of finishes prior to daytime handover
Liaison with the project team to ensure smooth day / night transitions
Identifying and resolving site issues proactivelyRequirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on retail or commercial fit‑out projects
Previous night‑shift or out‑of‑hours works experience preferred
Strong knowledge of fit‑out sequencing and finishes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to make decisions independently during night operations
Valid Safe Pass (SMSTS / equivalent desirable)What’s On Offer
