Senior Building Surveyor

Senior Building Surveyor role in City London offering £60,000 – £70,000 with Employee Ownership Trust bonus, discretionary bonuses, permanent contract and full-time hybrid working. Responsibilities

* Lead refurbishment and project delivery across commercial assets

* Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions

* Manage contract administration and statutory compliance matters

* Handle dilapidations and landlord and tenant matters

* Prepare maintenance programmes and reinstatement cost assessments

Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Minimum two years post-qualification experience

* Degree in Building Surveying or related field

* Experience across project and professional work

* Commercial property sector exposure
