Quantity Surveyor

A national construction consultancy is eager to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to help with construction projects all across the UK.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in the Leeds office, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be a forward thinker, working across a variety of projects from the initial cost plan through to completion.

The new Quantity Surveyor, alongside an Associate Quantity Surveyor, will carry out pre and post contract services, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, whilst also maintaining a close relationship with clients.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally MRICS, or working towards
Completed a Quantity Surveying/ RICS accredited degree
Strong communication skills
Based in Leeds or within a commutable distance
Current or Previous experience of working within a PQS/ construction consultancy
Experience of carrying out pre and post contract rolesIn Return?

£35,000 – £50,000
