Quantity Surveyor

A well established and multi-dimensional Construction Consultancy are seeking a hard-working Quantity Surveyor with project management experience to join their office in Birmingham.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will help manage the team in the Birmingham office, working within the cost consultancy, project management and employer's agent group based in Birmingham.

The new Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out a variety of duties such as contract administration, preparing feasibility reports, and interim payments.

The Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or working towards
Construction consultancy experience
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Experience of acting as an Employers Agent
Residential project experience would be beneficialIn Return?
