The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an Estimator on behalf of a well-established and ambitious Curtain Walling & Cladding contractor based in Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, where you will play a key role in securing and delivering high-value façade packages.

The RoleThis position is focused purely on estimating and winning façade & cladding projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for curtain walling & cladding packages
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
Attending occasional site and client meetings where required
Supporting the business in securing new projects and maintaining client relationshipsRequirements
Proven experience as an Estimator (essential)
Experience within Curtain Walling, Cladding, or Facades (highly desirable)
Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Commercial awareness with a keen eye for detail
