Job Title: Tree Surgeon
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £35,500 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established client to recruit an experienced Tree Surgeon to join their growing services team in Wellingborough.

The Role:

You will be working as part of a team delivering a wide range of arboriculture and estate maintenance services, including:

* Carrying out a variety of tree works including aerial tree surgery, pruning, and ground-based chainsaw operations

* Identifying tree species, shrubs, and assessing plant health

* Conducting site risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work, particularly in public spaces

* Supporting with general estate duties such as:

* Minor property repairs (internal & external)

* Litter picking, sweeping, and waste removal

* Fly-tipping clearance and correct disposal

* Preparing void properties for occupation

* Maintaining communal internal and external areas

* Clearing overgrown gardens and ensuring proper disposal of green waste

About You:

* Hold relevant arboriculture qualifications such as CS 20-03, CS 21-08, CS 21-09 or NPTC 30-39, along with Aerial Rescue and Woodchipper certification

* Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments

* Physically fit, with the ability to operate machinery and tools safely

* Previous experience within residential, commercial, or parks & gardens maintenance

* Full UK driving licence is essential
