Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Package

Role:

I am supporting a good client of mine with regards to a Quantity Surveyor position on a permanent basis, this is a great opportunity to get on board with an increasingly busy client.

Within this position you will be working with a specialist M&E Contractor who deliver both new build and refurbishment commercial & residential projects.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience within the M&E construction sector and be happy with completing estimating duties when required

This opportunity will be ideal for both someone who is looking to continue their development with vast exposure within a smaller commercial team an a candidate who is more experienced and looking to progress into commercial management.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare and oversee project costings from tender to completion
Keep track of project costings and profit
Liaise with site teams and with senior management
Complete monthly reports and updates.
Identify and rectify faults or issues.

Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying
M&E Knowledge/ Understanding
