Civils Estimator

Senior Civils Estimator role in Bowburn offering £60,000–£70,000 per year. This position focuses on preparing accurate and competitive estimates for civil engineering projects, including tenders, contracts, and subcontract works. Responsibilities include building estimates from first principles, analysing project specifications, and identifying risks and opportunities throughout the tendering process.

The role involves presenting detailed cost estimates to senior management, producing subcontractor packages, and ensuring all submissions meet strict deadlines. Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to support effective project planning and delivery.

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience in civil engineering estimating, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with estimating software such as Causeway is beneficial but not essential. Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills are key to success in this full-time, permanent position
