Salary: £40-55,000 DOE

Lead and deliver projects from inception to completion
Manage and mentor small teams of architects and assistants
Oversee design development, technical delivery, and project coordination
Attend and contribute to senior management and design review meetings
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Ensure projects meet programme, budget, and quality expectations
Contribute to business development and winning new workIdeal Candidate

Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
Strong knowledge of all RIBA stages
Experience leading projects and managing teams
Confident communicator, comfortable in senior meetings
Knowledge of CDM and BSA (Principal Designer experience desirable)
Highly organised, driven and commercially aware
Ambitious and ready to take on greater responsibility
