Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Office Fit-Out
Location: London (Sites across the M25)
About the Client
Our client is a well-established and growing contractor specialising in high-quality commercial office fit-out projects across London. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their delivery team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple interior fit-out projects, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial office fit-out projects
* Oversee Site Managers and subcontractors across multiple live sites
* Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
* Develop, manage, and monitor project programmes, implementing corrective actions where necessary
* Maintain and enforce high health & safety standards across all sites
* Liaise with internal teams including commercial, design, and senior management
* Coordinate site logistics, materials, and sequencing of works
* Carry out site inspections and manage snagging through to handover
* Lead and attend client and stakeholder meetings, providing regular progress updates
* Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations and statutory requirements
Requirements
* Proven experience delivering interior office fit-out projects (essential)
* Strong background in managing projects within the £200k–£1m range
* SMSTS and CSCS certification
* Proficient in Microsoft Project, with the ability to create and actively manage programmes
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Solid understanding of building regulations and health & safety practices
* Willingness to travel to multiple sites across London (within the M25)
