We are currently working on behalf of a Local Authority.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Stoppers to join a long-term project working across social housing properties throughout Somerset. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable operatives seeking consistent work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of fire stopping systems including batt and mastic
Ensuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and standards
Working across multiple sites within the Somerset region
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety at all times
Requirements:

Proven experience in fire stopping (batt and mastic essential)
Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
Own tools and transport desirable due to multiple site locations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What's on Offer:

Competitive daily rate (£200-£220)
Van and fuel card supplied when PAYE with holiday pay and full benefits
Long-term work (5-year contract)
