Mechanical Contracts Manager

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a client we are representing who are well established M&E contractor operating within the commmercial / residential sector within the NW.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of projects and play a key role from pre-construction through to handover.

What you’ll be doing:
• Managing projects from pre-construction to completion
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Overseeing programme, cost, and quality
• Building strong relationships with clients and consultants

What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong background in residential/apartment projects
• Commercially aware with the ability to run projects effectively
• Organised, proactive, and confident in client-facing situations
