Mechanical Project Manager – Canary Wharf (Site-Based)

Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 + Travel + BUPA + Pension + Holidays

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing team on a major site-based project in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional with strong HVAC and plumbing experience to take ownership of high-profile mechanical packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage mechanical projects from planning through to completion

* Oversee HVAC and plumbing installations on-site

* Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

* Monitor progress, produce reports, and manage project documentation

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

* Strong background in HVAC and plumbing systems

* Experience working on commercial or large-scale construction projects

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
