The Role

As an Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering a varied portfolio of projects — from residential developments and commercial builds to infrastructure and public realm schemes. You'll work closely with senior engineers and project managers, taking ownership of design packages from concept through to construction.

What You'll Be Doing

* Producing and checking structural and civil designs to current standards (Eurocodes, BS standards)

* Preparing calculations, drawings, and specifications

* Liaising with clients, architects, contractors, and local authorities

* Supporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative studio culture

* Attending site visits and design team meetings

About You

* BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)

* Approximately 3–6 years of post-graduate experience

* Working towards or recently achieved Chartered status (ICE or IStructE)

* Proficient in relevant design software (e.g. TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, AutoCAD, Revit)

* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

* The role requires security clearance to BPSS and DBS level
