We’re working with a growing, forward-thinking SME delivering high-value, complex construction projects (c£100k–c£8m)—and they’re looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their close-knit commercial team.

This role is Perfect for an experienced Estimator or someone ready to step up and get more involved in the commercial side of projects.

The Role
* Prepare detailed and competitive tenders
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams
* Value engineer solutions to meet budgets
* Support cost control, procurement, and project delivery
* Attend occasional site visits (approx. 1x per month)
What Our Client is Looking For
* Experience estimating within the construction industry (essential)
* Strong commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with good negotiation skills
* A candidate who loves to be involved in all the commercials of a project
📍 Ideal for candidates within 45 minutes of Cheltenham / Gloucester – Candidates must have a driving license and own their own car
