Job Title: Construction Estimator – Main Contractor (Woodford, London)

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates across a range of construction projects

* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Producing competitive and detailed tenders

* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

* Supporting the full tender process from enquiry through to submission

What we are looking for:

* Previous experience as a Construction Estimator (main contractor background preferred)

* Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills

* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents

* Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
