Site Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established housebuilding team in Warrington. You will take full responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all on-site activities from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
• Monitor build quality and ensure compliance with company standards
• Coordinate materials, plant, and labour requirements
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the housebuilding/residential sector
• Strong knowledge of traditional build and/or timber frame housing
• Excellent understanding of construction processes and site management
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme schedules
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
