The Role

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Wimbledon. No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.

Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure.

Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing systems.

Ensure full health and safety compliance and maintain site logs.

Requirements

Qualified: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).

Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services.

Local: Must be within commuting distance of Wimbledon.

Ready: Available for an immediate start.
