Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking to join a growing construction business where you can genuinely make an impact?

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established small to medium-sized contractor with an excellent reputation across:

* Home Renovations

* New Builds

* Commercial Construction

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to support the business, oversee multiple projects, and help drive the next stage of expansion. The Role

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with directors, site teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously

* Managing site teams and subcontractors

* Monitoring programme, quality, and budgets

* Ensuring health & safety compliance

* Client liaison and maintaining strong relationships

* Problem solving and driving projects forward

* Supporting the business with continued growth plans

About You

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager

* Background within residential and/or commercial construction

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Commercial awareness and ability to manage costs

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Full UK driving licence
