Site Manager
We are working with a well-established and growing Main Contractor who have a great company culture and ethos – the company genuinely value their staff and treat their employees well and as such have great staff retention rates.
They have been awarded several new contracts and as a result, they are seeking several Site Managers to join them on a permanent basis, all working on kitchen and bathroom projects across the North West.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.
You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:
The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
Monitoring the quality of work
Liaising with the client
Programming works
Ordering materials
Experience needed:
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchens and bathrooms
You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.
The salary on offer is £42k plus van and other benefits.
