Job Title: Groundworks Ganger
Location: Chelmsford
Rate: £210 per day
Start Date: Monday 20th April
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Ganger for a residential groundworks project based in Chelmsford. This role will involve leading a small team and overseeing key groundwork activities on site.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a team of 3 operatives

* Installing 5 piling mats on a residential project

* Ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Coordinating daily site activities and maintaining productivity

* Liaising with site management where required

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Groundworks Ganger

* Strong background in residential groundworks

* Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively

* SSSTS preferred but not essential
