Project Manager – Major Education Refurbishment Scheme (Norfolk)

We are working with a well-established, privately owned main contractor with a strong national presence and a proven track record in delivering high-quality education projects across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead a £60m refurbishment scheme for a large school in Norfolk. This is a flagship project involving complex phasing, stakeholder management, and high-spec refurbishment works within a live environment.

The Role:

Full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major refurbishment scheme from pre-construction through to handover
Managing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
Maintaining strong relationships with the client, consultants, and key stakeholders
Overseeing logistics and phasing on a live education siteWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects (£30m+) as a Project Manager
Strong background in refurbishment and/or education sector projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage complex, phased works in live environments
Relevant construction qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)What's on Offer:
